My methodology is positive, strengths’ based, results-oriented with clearly defined goals and actions and my coaching strategies are founded on the latest research in human behavior, leadership, organizational consulting and more than 20 years working in dynamic corporate structures.
I focus on the changes a client wants to make. Through dialogue and partnership, we identify clear, manageable objectives, develop concrete plans, access new tools, and take necessary steps to achieve desired goals. We explore factors that may be holding a client back and create a plan to move forward. Strengths are leveraged and the focus is on areas of development to identify opportunities for growth while creating change that is not only effective but sustainable.
